So I'm just going to come out and say it. This is my favourite issue so far. Remember in the review for the last issue when I said something big was going to happen? It happened. Wierd shiz is going on on New York. I'm talking nuclear weapons with no radiation, time stoping and a bunch of some serious comic book logic, that really doesn't make any sense. Like at all. Despite the science-that-only-works-in-comics, I still really enjoyed this issue. It does have a small Raven and Beast Boy team up, so I might be biased. Oh well. Also Kenneth Rocafort is back on the art for this issue, at its really pretty. And as usual, Dan Brown's colours are gorgeous. Too bad they still can't make Raven's New 52 costume bearable. What was wrong with the costume she had? *sigh*. Anyway, back on track. Power Girl debuts her costume (which I love), and sort of get a bit of a shock when the Titans arrive at the destruction at S.T.A.R Labs. And it sort of only gets worse. But.... I don't want to be too spoilery. As I send before, really good issue, and if you are already reading the series, you should pick this instalment up, which I'm sure you are doing anyway. Spoilers under the cut.

They actually wanted to erase New York. Like actually make it completely disappear. That's kind of messed up at a little terrifying. Plus, time stopping tech i used so they can build the eraser without being noticed, and despite only stealing from Star Labs what appears to be only a few minutes earlier. Raven being magical and stuff, is able to not be effected by the time stop, once she is aware it is a thing, and Beast Boy somehow avoids being affected by turning into a Mayfly, because of its shorter life span or something. Like I said, you're going to need some suspension of disbelief for this issue, which might bother some. So Beast Boy and Raven track down the bad guys before bringing in the rest of the team, after destroying the machine stopping time. Now this of course this is all broadcast for all of the Big Apple to see, because bad guys always like to show off their evil to everyone. Safe to say the Titans are really well liked by the citizens after this.

The issue ends with the above page and safe to say, I'm a little concerned and scared. The bad guys were supposed to fail? That was the plan?? And I'm with Tim, the eraser was only the second worst thing they built? What could possibly be worse!!!??!

As mentioned at the beginning of this review, I loved this issue. The series get better with each issue, which is what you want in a series, especially since I know many weren't very impressed at the start. I am very happy with the direction it is going and look forward to each issue.
Til next time. Bye!
